No, opening an account is free. When you request a payout, there's a fixed 1.99% fee from the 1015 Platform, which covers blockchain costs and supports the platform’s sustainability. 

> How can I reset my password?

Try the "Password Reset" feature first. If it doesn't work, contact support with your personal and account details using your sign-up email.

> How to reset your Security PIN?

Contact our Support team via the Contact form on our website. They’ll guide you through the process and may ask for some security info to verify your identity. 

> What USD/Bitcoin exchange rate does 1015 use?

USD amounts are for reference only and may differ from your account due to market fluctuations. Profits and deposits are based on the cryptocurrency's value, which can vary. 1015 updates rates periodically to ensure stability.

> What's the minimum deposit?

Just $15.00 to get started. You can pay more or less when settling your invoice.

> What payment methods are available?

Currently, we accept Bitcoin, Litecoin and Tron for deposits and withdrawals.

> How do I make my first deposit?

After registering, log in with your username and password. Then, select "Invest" from the menu, choose your payment method, and follow the instructions to pay the displayed invoice.

Your deposit stays active for 15 business days with a daily 10% return, totaling 155% gross (55% net). The initial deposit isn't returned; break-even occurs in under 10 days. Revenue starts within 24 hours of confirmation.

> How do I see my deposits?

> When will my 1015 funds show up in my account?

Once you send the money, your balance updates after the system confirms the transaction. It usually takes 10-30 minutes for 3 confirmations, but it can sometimes take a few hours. Your first revenue will be credited within 24 hours after your investment is confirmed.

> Can I cancel my transaction?

No, you can't cancel a withdrawal transaction on our platform.

> Can I deposit with one payment method and receive funds in a different currency?

Deposits can only be invested and profit received in the same currency used for that transaction.

> Any limits to withdrawals?

Minimum withdrawal request: $5.00 (in digital currency at current rates).

> How to change my payment credentials?

You can't update your payment info in your profile since it's set only once. To make changes, contact our support team for assistance and to keep your funds secure.

> How to Earn Affiliate Rewards?

Get a 5-2-1% bonus on every client deposit you refer. Share your referral link from the "Affiliates" section and ensure new users specify your username as their "Upline" during registration.

> How do I check my referrals?

Log in and go to the "Affiliates" section to see your total referrals, deposits, and rewards.

> Do I need to invest to get a bonus?

No personal investment is needed to qualify for our 5-2-1% affiliate program. Your bonus is credited once your referral's deposit is confirmed.

> Can I have multiple accounts?

Each user should have only one account. Please do not help others register or manage their profiles. You can't invite family members as uplines, as this is considered fraud. If we find any violations, all accounts involved, including the referrer, will be permanently blocked.
